CYCLES OF SEXUAL MASTURBATION BEHAVIOR OF A MALE BAIJI, QI QI, IN CAPTIVITY
In 2001, a Chinese scientist discover periodical masturbation behavior of a male dolphin. The patterns of the behavior consisted of ventral contacting with pond bottom, ventral contacting with pond wall and spreading out of penis. Besides, There are lots of different sexual behaviors of dolphin just like homosexualality, group sex and even trans-species sex.

一個中國科學家觀察到一隻中國科學院所飼養的白暨豚產生了週期性的性自慰行為，他們觀察到這隻海豚會以生殖器跟腹部摩擦水池底部以達到性快感。除此之外，海豚也有同性戀、群交、不同種海豚跨物種交配行為等等多元的性活動。

In 2009 some virus scientists studied the pathology, epidemiology, and clinical significance of genital herpesvirus infection in a zoo collection of bottlenose dolphins in Netherlands. And they think the disease is likely transmitted by sexual contact. Therefore, dolphins also have the STD (sexual transmitted disease) just like human beings.

病毒科學家針對荷蘭 Harderwijk 的海洋公園 「Dolphinarium」 中的瓶鼻海豚進⾏了研究，他們發現瓶鼻海豚的⽣殖器上有許多病理的症狀。經過許多實驗的研究，他們認為是由⼀種海豚的皰疹病毒所導致的，他們甚⾄進⼀步推測這樣的疾病是經由海豚之間的性⾏為所傳染的，也就是說海豚也有類似⼈類的性傳染病。
